Sleeping Protocols

Quality sleep is the foundation of a healthy mind, body, and soul. It restores mental clarity, repairs physical energy, and nurtures emotional balance, empowering you to wake up refreshed, focused, and ready to embrace the day with purpose.

Here are my tips ;
✅ Magnesium intake (banana, spinach, nuts, avacados)
✅ Wash your sheets once a week or two
✅ Morning sun gazing - helps circadian rhythm
✅ Open windows for better air flow (oxygen during the night) to channel and charge cosmic energy for the soul and body (1 of 5 elements , Space)
✅ Tape your mouth 😅 facilitates nasal breathing during sleep (oxygen for your body to function to detox during the night)
✅ Get to bed asap (9pm)
✅ Stop eating by sunset (sleep on empty stomach so you don’t use up the energy for digestion but to heal and detox.
✅ Air-Con, aim for comfortable temperature, not too cold or warm (your body uses up energy to maintain internal and external temp)
✅ If you are (consistently) sacrificing on your sleep for ‘productivity’ or some other reason, you are mistaken and it will catch up to you.
✅ Consume blue lotus tea / Ashwaganda / Betel Leaf helps you ease your body to fall asleep
✅ Sleep in pitch dark (skin is biggest organ, sensitive to light)
✅ Avoid LED especially white light. Suppress 80% melatonin. Light up oil lamp instead.
✅ Reading books is useful
✅ Do breathwork to regulate your breathing pattern for the next 6-8 hours (Heart Coherence)
✅ Aim for deep, quality sleep (you’ll not have any dreams)
✅ Sit crossed leg as long as you could to sleep faster
✅ Workout or exercise for better sleep. Avoid after sunset. Suggested during the day.
✅ Sleep on the floor with a mat or blanket (natural massage, reduce inflammation etc)
✅ Pray / Chant / Soulful music / Grateful thoughts before sleep.
✅ Try Dua Sleep by Healer Baskar
✅ Avoid waking up to loud alarm (it’ll will disturb your state of mind on wake)
✅ Do not sleep facing North, the magnetic pull of the direction attracts iron, which gets accumulated in the brain - headache/disrupt blood flow
✅ Sleep on turning left side, so you breathe on right nostril to strengthen mind body soul (by Vallalar’s teaching)
✅ Sleep with soulful musics or frequencies to heal (solfeggio, Angels, Meditation)
