  1. Visualize Healing : Imagine warm, golden light flowing into your chest and arms, soothing inflammation and dissolving pain.
  1. Repeat the Affirmations : Silently or aloud, repeat the affirmations that resonate most with you. Feel their meaning sinking into your mind and body ;

    - I release all tension and discomfort from my chest and arms. My body is healing with every breath I take.
    - Healing energy flows through my chest and arms, calming inflammation and bringing comfort.
    - My arms feel light and energized, filled with warmth and vitality.
    - I trust in my body’s ability to heal itself completely and naturally.
    - I release any emotional weight stored in my chest and arms. I am free to feel light and joyful.
    - I am surrounded by divine healing energy. It flows through my chest and arms, soothing and restoring me.
    - I trust the healing process unfolding within me. Every day, I feel stronger and healthier.
